Our Cooking Class in the cellar is a journey into Italian cuisine, an opportunity to immerse yourself
in the art of fresh handmade pasta. During this hands-on lesson, participants will learn to
prepare the dough by hand and create different types of pasta, such as tortellini, spaghetti and
tagliatelle. Whether you are a beginner or a cooking enthusiast, everyone will have the opportunity to put the
get your hands dirty and contribute to the preparation!
Next, we will take you on a guided tour of our cellar. One of our team members
family will accompany you on a 40-minute tour, sharing curiosities and secrets of our
wine production, from the vineyard to the bottle.
To conclude, an exclusive tasting of 4 selected wines awaits you, each expertly prepared.

Plan:
Welcome to Corte Fornello! The experience begins with a warm arrival and welcome at our
estate. This will be followed by a cooking class lasting approximately 1 hour. Afterwards, a guided tour lasting approximately 40 minutes,
during which you will discover the secrets of our wine production. Finally, enjoy a
tasting of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes with our best wines, accompanied by local delicacies and a
small light lunch.
