SEA LIFE AQUARIUM
The first fully themed aquarium in Italy!
Through 40 entirely themed pools, you will be transported on an exciting journey to discover the
fresh waters of the nearby Lake Garda up to the deepest seas and oceans.
Thanks to large windows, transparent domes and a breathtaking underwater tunnel, you will have incredibly unique encounters.

What is not included?
- Parking is not included in the entrance fee and is €7.00
(motorbikes and buses are free) - Payment service with Telepass to access the park car park
- Secure luggage storage at the "Welcome" Information Office in the Ticket Office area or "West" in the West village
- Helmet storage at the "Welcome" Information Office in the Ticket Office area or "West" in the West village.
- Stroller rental in Gardaland park for children under 110 cm tall (to be verified on site).
Strollers can be collected at the "Info Welcome" Information Office in the Ticket Area or "Info West"
of the West Village. The service is paid and the cost is €5.00 per day. - At Sea Life Aquarium, strollers are only allowed for children with disabilities.
What is there to know?
LOW SEASON Ticket:
- valid from 05/04/2025 to 20/06/2025 and from 08/09/2025 to 19/10/2025
- The LOW SEASON ticket must be used ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY in the periods indicated above.
It is not valid for HIGH SEASON entries!!
HIGH SEASON Ticket:
- valid from 21/06/2025 to 07/09/2025 and from 20/10/2025 to 02/11/2025
- the HIGH SEASON ticket is also valid for LOW SEASON admissions!!

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
At Gardaland Park everyone can enjoy magic and great emotions! Access to individual attractions is however
bound to comply with certain limitations.
SAFETY LIMITS OF ATTRACTIONS
For your safety, access to each attraction is subject to certain height, age and health restrictions.

EASY SHOPPING
Buy now and collect at the exit! Indulge in unbridled shopping while continuing to enjoy the Park in complete freedom,
without bags and without worries! We will deliver all your purchases, made in any shop in the Park
by 4:00 pm, directly at the Adventure Store, in the parking area, where you can collect them from 4:30 pm
without any charge. For more details, ask the Staff of our stores.
WI-FI AREA
A convenient and free Wi-Fi service is available throughout the Park. Search for the network with your device
“Gardaland-Guest” and access for free with your Social profile (Facebook or Twitter)
or register.
PETS
Four-legged friends are welcome! Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if large, must wear a

welcomed in the designated areas that will be indicated to you by our staff.
EXIT & RETURN FROM GARDALAND PARK
If you want to leave the Park temporarily and return during the day, have the appropriate permit affixed
"pass" stamp at the entry/exit turnstiles.
MEDICAL DEVICE
A first aid medical service is available inside the Park throughout opening hours.
If you need help, please do not hesitate to ask the Staff.
GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE PARK
To experience a day at the Park in complete lightheartedness and with full respect for yourself and others, we invite you
to read the General Regulations of the Park, where you will find all the information on the rules
behavioral rules to be respected.
NURSERY
Located in the area called "Fantasy Kingdom", it offers everything parents and children need.
It consists of a "food area" equipped with high chairs, bottle warmers and automatic dispensers of various products,
and a “changing area” with reserved boxes and changing tables.
BRACELET
Request at the “Welcome” Information Offices in the ticket area, “Castello” and “Tornelli” at the entrance
and at the “West” Information Office in the West Village the bracelet on which to indicate the name of your child
child and your mobile number to contact in case of loss.
STROLLERS RENTAL
At Gardaland Park, parents with children under 110 cm tall (to be verified on site)
can take advantage of a stroller rental service.
Strollers can be collected at the "Info Welcome" Information Office in the Ticket Area
or "Info West" of the West Village.
The service is paid and costs €5.00 per day.
We remind you that in order to use this service you will be asked for an identity document.
All strollers are branded Inglesina, Official Partner of Gardaland Resort.
BABY SWITCH
Service available only on attractions with height restrictions for children.
Please contact our staff at the entrance to the attraction, parents can take turns to ride the same ride.

SEA LIFE AQUARIUM
- The duration of a visit to Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is approximately 90 minutes.
- Strollers must be left in the covered outdoor storage area (unattended).
- Stroller access is limited to children with disabilities. There is an elevator that allows
access from the ground floor to the first floor. - At the entrance to Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium, baby carriers are available free of charge
weighing less than 9 kg. Availability of baby carriers is limited. - No animals are allowed inside, except guide dogs for the blind.
- Non-self-sufficient disabled people enter Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium for free.
- Self-sufficient disabled people and companions of guests with non-self-sufficient disabilities
they pay regular entrance. - There is a lift that allows access from the ground floor to the first floor.
Openings
- Before your visit, check the opening calendars and times of the two parks.
- In case of rain Gardaland is always open!
- In case of storms or particular weather conditions, some attractions
may be temporarily stopped for safety reasons.

Cancellation policies
- Each ticket purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded or modified.
- In the case of the provision of services relating to leisure activities with a date or period of execution
specifies, pursuant to art.59, I, letter n) of Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent amendments, the right of withdrawal does not apply
of which ex art. 52 of the same.
The Customer will therefore not be able to exercise any right of withdrawal on the purchase of any entrance ticket. - We invite you to carefully check the details before completing your purchase.
Safety regulations
For Gardaland Park:
- For your safety, access to each attraction is subject to some height restrictions,
age and health conditions. - Four-legged friends are welcome! Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if large, must
also wear a muzzle. Animals are not allowed on attractions or in shows;
in restaurants they are welcome in the designated areas that will be indicated to you by our staff.
For Sea Life Aquarium:
- It is permitted to leave the Aquarium and re-enter on the same day by stamping at the entrance ticket office.
If the stamp is missing, access is no longer permitted. - Access to the Aquarium is permitted only until the permitted capacity is reached.
For this reason, it is possible that entrances to the Aquarium will be temporarily suspended for
more or less long periods of time. - It is forbidden to throw food or any other object into the pools.
- It is forbidden to put your hands in the water and to knock on the glass of the tubs.
- Taking photographs is permitted, but flash photography is NOT permitted.
- Animals are not allowed inside the Aquarium. It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs unattended or
abandoned outside Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium and in the car parks: the security personnel have
the task of removing them and securing them. - Strollers are only allowed for children with disabilities.
- It may happen that, due to maintenance problems, one or more tanks are temporarily unavailable.
- In case of bad weather or power outage, the presentation program may be subject to change for safety reasons.
- In all these cases, there is NO provision for a partial or total refund of the ticket, nor for its validation for another date.
- In case of emergency, follow the instructions given by Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium staff.

LIFE European Sharks Project
The LIFE European Sharks project engages European citizens in a common effort to protect sharks and their
Mediterranean rays - by far the most endangered group of marine fish in Europe - threatened by unsustainable levels
of accidental catches, pollution and alteration of their habitat. LIFE European Sharkspromotes the protection of species
protected and conscious and sustainable interaction with all sharks and rays.
Seahorse, coral and jellyfish breeding program
Our program is based on the fact that the seahorses hosted at Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium are not purchased
nor are they caught free in the open sea, but are born and reproduce right in our Aquarium. This means that, if the seahorses
marine mammals in the wild were to become extinct, those hosted at Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium would be able to guarantee the
survival of the species.
